Phil's Barbershop has been serving Peekskill, Buchanan, Montrose, Crugers, Verplanck, Cortland Croton-On-Hudson and Ossining since 1967. We offer all traditional and modern barber services including haircuts, hot towel shaves, neck cleanup, hair tatoos, etc. In fact, we finish every haircut with a traditional old-fashioned straight-edge razor neck shave.   Children are a speciality--we even have a special barber chair to make the young ones feel at home.
